Our court-related services include:

  • defence in civil courts before courts dealing with substantive jurisdiction (justices of the peace, courts of appeal; regional courts handling issues relating to public waters) and legality (upper court handling issues relating to public waters, the court of cassation [supreme court of appeal] and the constitutional court)

  • defence in alternative dispute resolution procedures (national and international arbitration; arbitration procedures; ICANN assignment procedures for domain names, e.g. .it and .eu;
